Amusement Insurance Resources (A.I.R.), offered through national program administrator Allegiant Program Group, is a specialty insurance program serving the amusement rental industry with all lines of coverage. Coverage is written on an admitted and non-admitted basis in all 50 states through a carrier rated A (Excellent) XV by A.M. Best Co. A.I.R. is designed for inflatable rentals, mobile amusement rides, mechanical bulls, mobile rock walls, small concession equipment, party rental supplies, and other entertainment rentals.

A.I.R. was created after years of exhaustive research, industry interviews and input as well as association involvement. The result is the most affordable, stable and convenient policy option in the marketplace today.

In addition to our active membership in the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization, Responsible Operators Amusement Rentals and American Society Testing Materials, Drew Tewksbury, Vice President, A.I.R., is also a nationally recognized amusement safety and risk management expert. He is a regular instructor at amusement industry safety training events and courses and understands the risks that you see daily.

Our commitment to safety includes A.I.R.’s own Senior Safety Advisor. In addition to our frequently updated online Amusement Safety Resource Center, this unique resource is available to our clients to address any safety concern.

Coverage and Limits

Commercial General Liability (CGL) limits feature:
• $2 million General Aggregate (Other Than Products/Completed Operations)
• $2 million Products/Completed Operations Aggregate
• $1 million Personal/Advertising Injury
• $1 million Each Occurrence
• $50,000 Fire Damage (Any One Fire)

• CGL excludes Medical Expense (Any One Person) and features $2,500 to $25,000 deductible per claim for bodily injury and property damage.
• Features Automatic Broad Form Additional Insured Endorsement and on-line certificate of insurance issuance
• Additional coverage for Inland Marine, Property, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation and Excess.
