This program focuses on the General Liability, Property, Inland Marine, Workers Comp and Hired Non Owned exposures of Family Entertainment Centers.

Mechanical Bulls - Electric only, need signed waiver

Paintball - ASTM safety guidelines must be met including Safety briefings, participants wearing protective gear, adequate referees and supervision. Signed waivers must be obtained. Parent or Guardian must sign for minor.
Parties - Group Sales - Wristbands
Petting Zoos
Risks with cooking exposure (see separate supplemental app)

Soft Modular Play/Bounce Play
Subcontracted Fireworks Display with certificate of liability evidencing liability limits of at least $5M, and naming our insured as Additional Insured under their GL/Umbrella policy.
